Tim Saul is a Colorado native who began his construction career in his early teens working for his mother’s interior design company and on his dad’s cattle ranch in southwest Colorado. After obtaining a double business degree, he went on to work with  Charles Vander Kooi, a nationally acclaimed building industry expert. 
 
With Charles, Tim honed his management and leadership proficiency in the business of construction. Tim and Charles eventually started a construction company together. Their solid business expertise and extensive network of top building professionals brought a higher level of quality craftsmanship and dependability to the home building process.
 
In 2016 Tim became the sole owner of Saul Construction. Tim built his first custom home in 1997. 

A Colorado native, Aaron Johnson started out as a framer in the Denver Metro area. After marrying, he moved to Bayfield, Colorado where he continued framing and building homes in the mountains.

Aaron began working with Saul Construction in 2010. His first project was an extensive, multi-million dollar, custom log home in Woodward, Oklahoma.

Aaron’s years of experience at being a general contractor are essential in the management of our larger projects. His easy going attitude is a benefit when in the middle of a complex job.
